The main cause of this condition is stress, when you experience a lot of tension over a long or short period of time, immune system starts to weaken, this results n the system releasing histamines into the body to tackle whatever is ailing you. This in essence means that the body as become allergic to stress. Histamines however cannot get rid of stress and this results in the developing of hives...
